This week in my maths group, we concluded our work on Place Value. We looked at rounding numbers to one million, negative numbers and Roman numerals. To help us to remember them, we made numbers out of paper straws. We learnt that you can't use the same letter more than three times next to each other and if a smaller value comes first, you have to subtract.

Next week, we will be looking at addition and subtraction.
