Thursday 7th October is National Poetry Day. Mrs Watling's class read and acted out a fantastic poem by Chris Carter called 'Which wild one are you?' 

After this, we had great fun drawing our own animals to write poems about. We collected lots of powerful verbs and adjectives before using the original poem as a template. Finally, we performed our poems to our partners. What a poetical day!
