We are really excited to announce that we are taking entries for this year's cross-country at Quex Park. Please send in your entries by Tuesday 24th September at the very latest. Don't forget that new entrants can receive a free Upton sports t-shirt & every single entrant receives a medal regardless of where they come in the race.  It's not about the winning, it's all about the taking part!
