Children have been learning about food chains in our topic 'Life on Earth.' They have learnt about the role of the producer, predator and prey. 

This week the children choose a meal and work out the food chain for the food they have eaten. They need to draw their meal and the corresponding food chain, and then label the roles. 

E.g. chicken sandwich

Filling- Predator- Human      Prey- Chicken       Producer- Grain

Bread- Predator- Human      Producer- Wheat
