For your homework this week, we would like you to investigate a reversible or irreversible change at home. This could be anything from baking a cake or making an omelette with your parents, dissolving sugar in a cup or tea, freezing or melting water, melting chocolate, evaporating salt to form crystals - the list is endless.

How you record this is up to you and we look forward to seeing how you choose to present your work. You could write up your experiment in words, you could draw your observations, you could take photographs of the different stages - the choice is up to you!

REMEMBER - you must ask permission and seek adult support for anything you do in the kitchen!
