A new week and a new term! Despite the unusual times we live in, 5G returned to school after half term with a great attitude and lots of enthusiasm! We have particularly been enjoying our new English text "The Firework Maker's Daughter" by Philip Pullman, which is our key text. In our English lesson today we performed tableaus (freeze frames) of a major event in Chapter 2; the elephant procession! The children worked in groups using facial expressions, body language and different positions to re-create the scene.
