Today at Upton, the children dressed up  as Elves to support a charity linked to Alzheimer's disease. This desease is the most common cause of dementia — a continuous decline in thinking, behavioural and social skills that affects a person's ability to function independently. 

Well done for getting involved to support a good cause.
