Remember that swimming, Computing, PE & Music will be on THURSDAY next term - Please ensure the children bring their PE kits into school.

Our PE day will continue to be on Tuesdays next term - Children should come in their PE kits.

SPEAKER COMPETITION (powerpoint Attached) - Write a speech entitled: Is it a wonderful world?

Children have also been given a revision pack for the Easter break (a letter is attached with the pack and has been sent to you too)

Please ensure children are completing their reading, mymaths, TTRS & Spelling Shed homework.

Reading:         ​

Minimum 3x a week. Reading record must be signed by an adult. Can be completed on your own or with your parents.

Spelling Shed:

Once a week – Friday to Friday.

Tasks will be completed online, with new tasks set every week.

Tasks will always follow the spellings being taught in class that week.

 Times Tables Rock Stars:         ​

Minimum 3x a week.

Can be completed on tablets, laptops or mobile phones though the app or the website.

What a fabulous week we have had. 

In maths, we have focused on interpreting pie charts and line graphs. All children have worked so hard this week on their maths.

In English, we have written a passionate speech and finished our text Letters from the Lighthouse.

In UBBC, we have evaluated our Anderson shelters, taken on some own research for the area on enquiry that we had and taken part in our end of unit quiz. 

We have also enjoyed Easter Cracked down at Queen's Road Baptist Church.
