6R took part in lots of different activities today to celebrate reading. They looked carefully at the key themes in the book of resilience and aspiration and thought of times where they have shown these values. At the end of the story Humpty transforms into a beautiful bird, 6R wrote some excellent stories about them undergoing metamorphosis! They also took part in lots of different activities like redesigning the front cover, creating a protective suit for humpty to wear and trying out new recipes using eggs!
