In a tough choral section at this year's Thanet Festival of Music and Drama, Upton School Choir came first place! It was a superb performance, with the adjudicator commenting on the choirs discipline and focus! He also thoroughly enjoyed our version of a song from Gilbert and Sullivan's Pirates of Penzance - an operetta about a particularly useless bunch of pirates!

Well done to all! We managed to film the choir singing, since no audience was allowed this year, and hope to post it soon!
