Keep calm and get pampered! Carol James has organised a pamper night on Tuesday 14^th July 6-9 pm held at Upton offering healing, spiritual reading, retail therapy, glitter tattoos, reiki, spray tans, nails, lashes, reflexology and make-up.  Tickets to this wonderful event cost £3 and will be available from the school playground at the end of the school days or the office.
